Colour Theory Questions


a) Primary Colours- Basic colours mixed to make secondary colours.

b) Primary Colour Red-Passion, love, and anger.

c) Primary Colour Blue- Calm, responsible, and sadness.

d) Primary Colour Yellow- Happiness, hope and deceit.

e) Secondary Colours- A colour produced by combined primary colours.

f) Secondary Colours Purple- Creativity, wealth and royalty.

g) Secondary Colours Orange- Energy, happiness and vitality.

h) Secondary Colours Green- New beginning, abundance and nature.

i) warm colours- shows warmth and energizes the audience.

j) cool colours- shows calmness and soothing to those who witness.

k) Neutrals- produces mixed emotions, both positive and negative.

Black- Mystery, elegance, evil.

 White- Purity, cleanliness and virtue.

 Grey- Moody, conservative and formality.

Brown- Nature, wholesomeness and dependability.

 Beige- Deity and dull.
